Mission Statement

My mission is to educate and equip entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and tax professionals with the knowledge, structure, and financial support they need to grow and stay in compliance. I provide bookkeeping and CFO services that not only fix disorganized books but also teach business owners how to understand and use their financials to make better decisions.

I work with all types of entrepreneurs—startups, freelancers, 1099 contractors, and growing service-based businesses. No matter how small your business is, how long you’ve been in it, or how much money you make, I help you understand that bookkeeping and structure are essential from day one.

For high-earning, service-based entrepreneurs who’ve been in business for three or more years, I provide CFO-level services that include monthly financial analysis, budgeting, profit strategy, S Corp advisory, reasonable compensation planning, and forward-looking tax strategy. These business owners are often making money but not seeing their profit—and I help them fix that by building out the structure, accountability, and financial strategy they need to scale.

For nonprofits, I provide hands-on accounting support to help them stay compliant with federal and state regulations, maintain accurate financial records, and manage grant funding effectively. This includes tracking restricted vs. unrestricted funds, preparing financials for board meetings, creating budgets aligned with grant requirements, and producing detailed grant reports that meet funder expectations. For tax professionals, I offer bookkeeping education and outsourced bookkeeping services to help them better serve their clients and grow their firms with ease.
